Delivery in three phases

We confirm your payment and delivery details before the order enters fulfilment.
Phase 02
Warehouse fulfilment
Your items are picked, packed and prepared for dispatch from our warehouse.
Phase 03
Door-to-door transit
A delivery partner carries your parcel to the address you provided at checkout.
Rates in ZAR
Shipping rates, shown before you pay
Shipping fees are calculated in South African rand (ZAR) from your delivery address and chosen option. The total, including any fee, is displayed before you confirm your order.
Tracking
Follow your parcel
Once your order ships, you receive a dispatch notification with an individual tracking number. Use it on the Track Order page or in My Account to follow your parcel in real time.
